SHIPPING HOURS / POLICY

Product pickups are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All distributors are expected to adhere to these hours for smooth coordination;  

It is preferred that distributors provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before scheduling a pickup of their order. This allows our team to prepare and organize the products for loading.
